Phantasmic Event Presents  Moreno Valley's 1st Annual Spooktacular October Fest Pre-Sale Admission Child $5, Adults $10 Ticket price at the door: Child $10, Adult $15

We are offering a $5 discount for families that bring (4) non-perishable items or a costume as a donation. Please ensure the costume is in good condition and clean.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? No. For the haunted house only ages 10 and up for entrance. 

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? RTA, UBER, LYFT

Can I bring food, or a cooler into the event? No. We do not allow any outside food, drinks, or alcohol into the event. No weapons of any kind are allowed. This is a family event and want everyone to enjoy themselves without any drama. There will be food trucks there with great food!

What's the refund policy? No refunds at any time for any reason.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes. Please have electronic or paper ticket to check in.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable? Yes

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? No. The ticket holder must be present with ID. If you purchased tickets for a large group. The ENTIRE party must check in together. It helps avoid confusion and Fraud.
